There will be a Justin Timberlake tour!
The 42-year-old artist declared he is "going on tour," introducing his new Forget Tomorrow World Tour on Thursday's broadcast of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. On Thursday, the musician debuted his new track "Selfish" and revealed the name of his upcoming album.
"You did a show in Memphis, and you were amazing. During their chat on the show, Fallon, 49, stated that it was a free show.
"Yes, I did. Yes, my hometown," Timberlake remarked.
That's when the conversation started. Fallon said, "That's where you played 'Selfish' for the first time," before bringing up Timberlake's upcoming free performance in Irving Plaza in New York City.
The actor and singer questioned, "Should we tell them?," before the host asked, "Do you have something to-."
"Jimmy is going to reveal himself," the "Suit & Tie" actress said.

It's not what people want to hear, I said. Fallon chuckled and said, "Are you going to do more performances?"
Timberlake smiled to the crowd, "Um maybe," as applause broke out.
"Are you going to make an announcement?" Timberlake answered Fallon's next statement with, "No, no, no." I have nothing new to share. He brought up his next album Everything I Thought It Was, saying, "We're announcing it."
"No, no, no. "May I request a little something extra?" the Fallon inquired once more. In spite of this, Timberlake maintained that he was "still putting Irving Plaza's set list together."
Fallon started to yell among the applause, "I'm just saying there could be something that the audience might want to hear if you said the right thing." "People are watching from home, and if they wanted something, they could get it at justintimberlake.com."
Would you like to make an announcement? A drum roll was heard, followed by the broadcaster's shout.
"What's going on right now?" Timberlake stated, looking perplexed. As Fallon handed him the back of a card, he said, "Oh that."
At last, Timberlake said, "Oh yeah, I'm going on tour."
For his new album, "Incredibly Honest," Justin Timberlake recorded 100 songs. "It's My Best Work," he said.
Along with the release of "Selfish," the songwriter has announced a new tour. It was recently announced that his new album Everything I Thought It Was, which he discussed the making of with Fallon on Thursday and said he had written 100 songs for, would be published on March 15. Alongside host Dakota Johnson, Timberlake will also make a musical appearance on Saturday Night Live this weekend.
In the meantime, Timberlake posted videos of his time with Fallon to Instagram on Thursday. One clip shows Fallon turning around just before his guest peeks into the room; it was uploaded on the singer's Story on the Fallon Tonight Instagram account. The caption said, "When you hear, @justintimberlake is releasing his new single "Selfish" #FallonTonight," while a calming melody played in the background.
In the meanwhile, the two joined The Roots to sing a medley of Timberlake's songs, beginning with his most recent single "Selfish," in another video that Timberlake posted on his Story. Then, they took a trip down memory lane by belting out several of the *NSYNC alumni's classics, such as "My Love," "Suit & Tie," and "Señorita."
The singer then entertained fans with another video that he posted on Instagram on Thursday, featuring Fallon and Timberlake. In the video, Fallon seems to be walking like a penguin while Timberlake is staring at him. The presenter was then lightly shoved by the singer as they went down a hallway, and they both exclaimed, "It's going great!" at that point.
The description for the video, which aired with Toy Story's rendition of "You Got a Friend in Me," said, "Back on our bulls---."
