 today we're going to take a look at 10different online jobs that you can getin 2020even if you are still a high school or acollege student now you can do theseeven if you aren't a studentall of the jobs that i'm going tomention can realistically pay 15or more an hour just really depending onhow experienced you are with theseand your attention to detail so for mostof the jobsthat i'm going to mention i wouldrecommend using a platform likeupwork and this is not sponsored in anyway butwith upwork you can actually lookthrough jobs that people have alreadypostedwho are actively looking for help withtheir projectsyou could also use something like fiverrbut i tend to findthat with fiverr it's really built morefor people looking for freelancersrather than the other way aroundupwork goes both ways and there are aton of different platforms out there butthat is just the one that i think iseasiest to get started withwe'll start off with the job on thislist that requiresthe lowest skill level and that would bedata entryso with the data entry this can be avariety of different things it could betaking someone's pdf document andtransferring it to wordit could be transferring data into anexcel spreadsheet it could even bewriting product listings or transferringproducts from one online storeto another online store so typicallywith data entry you don't really needexperience in anything but you willneed to have a high attention to detailespecially if you are copying overimportant financial numbers or productnames things like that it usually needstomatch exactly what the client is givingyouso it's super important that you areable to actuallytake data and make sure that it isexactlythe same when you are transferring itwherever it needs to goso even with data entry jobs i would tryto look onsomewhere like upwork first there's alsosomething calledamazon mechanical turk but i find thatthat's really justlike a ripoff you barely make any moneyoff of itpeople who are posting on there don'treally want to payfor quality work so going with upworkyou're going to get a better rate andyou are going to be able to charge 15or more it's really you set your ownrate and you charge what you wantthe next job that would be good forpretty much anyone from their earlyteens to their late 20swould be a social media manager now iuse the wordmanager in the quotes because there area lot of courses and justspammy looking things out there wherepeople are like i'll teach you to be asocial media manager for onlytwo thousand dollars a week and you'llmake ten thousand dollars a week nodon't do that butyou can make money managing people'

are a bunch of veryquestionable courses on social mediamarketingbut the point is knowing how to marketis a very valuable skill and it'ssomething that companies are willing topay forso when i'm talking about social mediamarketing mostly what i'm talking aboutis running ads as well as sending emailcampaignsboth are huge sources of revenue forcompaniesand so that is what they focus a lot oftheir time and their budget onso what you would need to learn for thisis how to runfacebook ads maybe how to run ads onlike instagramor snapchat and then it would also bebeneficial to learn how to runemail campaigns and there are a bunch offree platforms that you can do that onas well aspaid platforms and once you learn onethe rest are kind of similarso one of the free ones that you canstart out with ismailchimp that's what a lot of companiesstart out with at the very beginning ora lot of small businesses useand it's pretty simple it's like a dragand drop type programbut once you learn how to send effectiveemails that is something that people arewilling to pay a lot of money forthe next job is to be a freelance writernow if you're halfway decent at writingyou for sure can makemore than 15 an hour it's really hardto find a good writer and if you are agood writer pleaseshare your skills with the rest of usthis job can be especially good if youhaveany knowledge in a particular niche sofor example you could be a financewriter you could write about onlinebusinessesor you could write about coaching allthree of those have picked up a lot inpopularityso those are just the ones that came tothe top of my head with copywriting jobsespecially with the posts that you seeon upwork a lot of them are going to befor email campaigns they'll be forlanding pageswhich is like that that's the main pagethat you land on when you aregoing to someone's website and they'retrying to sell you a service so ifyou've ever seen any of like thosecoaching landing pagesor even landing pages for courses theyhire people to actuallywrite that sales text that is trying tosell youtheir course or their services orwhatever else they're sellingbut same thing goes for that so youdon't necessarily have to have aparticular nichebut you can do copywriting specificallyfor emails or specifically for landingpagesor articles or whatever really interestsyouthe next job is a virtual assistantwhich if you're notalready in like kind of the online jobworld you may not have heard of thisbut this basically is just a generaltermfor someone online that's helping you dowhatever tasks you needvirtual assistants can do a wide varietyof thingsbut a lot of times it will involve somesort of customer service supportit may have to do with some of the otherjobs that i've already mentionedlike scheduling social media posts ifit's for an e-commerce brand itmay be something like keeping theirproduct listings up to dateuh keeping their sales pages up to dateand things like that it could also belight data entry or really anything elsethat they need help with for this one itmay be 15an hour it may be a little bit lower andmaybe a little bit higherit really just depends on the client andwhat they need you to dothe next job is to be a video editorwhich i think is a little bit more funthan some of the others but even if youdon't have a tonof experience editing videos if youspend a day or twoon youtube looking up tutorials you candefinitely learn enoughto get started and this is just a reallygood skill to have because so manypeopleare trying to produce video content oradd thatto the content that they already producethat there are just a tona ton of people who are looking forvideo editors fortheir youtube videos for you know theirinstagram or tick tock videosor even for their online courses so ijust think that's a goodskill in general to have but it's evenbetter because you can alsoget paid for it and the next job kind ofdown the same pathis to do graphic design so photoshop andillustratorare pretty much the industry standardsfor what professional graphic designersusebut there's also some free onlinealternativeslike canva is one of them that lets youmake pretty good looking social mediagraphics andwebsite graphics different size bannersand they have templates that you canso that's not ideal necessarily but youcan definitely get started with that thenext job that requires a little bit moreskill or at least a little bit more timeand effort on your part is a webdeveloper or a web designerso for this you don't necessarily haveto know like really intense coding oranythingif you learn how to use wordpresssquarespacewix any of those platforms you can buildwebsites for peopleand you can charge them for it and youcan probably makewell over 15 an hour doing it and thisis another jobwhere you may not currently know how tobuild websites but if youspend a week or two on youtube and justgoogling things you can definitely startout on one of those basic websitebuilders that's kind of a drag and dropsituation and build pretty decentwebsites for peoplethat they will pay you more than 15 anhour forand then as you get more familiar withthose you can definitely move intomore complicated website builders thatpeople will pay you even more forso the ninth job is to teach englishonlinethis has been around for a while butespecially now people are willing to paya little bit more to get a good onlineenglish tutor so one popular program iscalledvip kids or vipkid through thembasically what you're doingis you're tutoring international kidsyouare basically having basic conversationswith them inEnglish and teaching them simple termsand words and phrases and then as you move intolater levels you'll be having full conversations with them practicingtheir sentence structure andthings like that and that's something that's pretty nice to have because it ison your own schedule and you can open upthe time slots that you would be willing to teach atand if that's something that you'reinterested in i think there's like awholeenglish teaching side of youtube wherepeople have a lot of fun making likedifferent props and stuff for theirclasses so definitelygo search for that stuff if teachingenglish online is something that you'reinterested inand the last job is translation which of will not be applicable toeveryone butif you were lucky enough to grow up in abilingual householdor you were lucky enough to go to aschool that actually put timeinto teaching you a language thentranslation can besomething that people are willing to payactually a pretty good amount of moneyfor especiallyif you are completely fluent in twodifferent languagesand you're able to translate things likemedical documents orlegal documents but it doesn'tnecessarily have to be that complexi know that a lot of people will pay tohave their ebooks ortheir courses translated into other

languages
